About
Completed a jointly supervised MSc in June 2025. The thesis was entitled “Remote Sensing Methods for Mapping Representative River Ice in Western China”.
Uses machine learning to identify river ice in the complex terrain of the Tibetan Plateau. The first-author paper was published in Remote Sensing (2025). Also co-authored a paper on identifying anomalous runoff patterns (2025) and a book chapter on river ice remote sensing (2026).
