About

A PhD student who enrolled in 2025, studying satellite altimetry and snow and ice hydrology.

First-author papers apply machine learning to identify debris-covered glaciers in western China and snow cover in the Three-Rivers Headwater Region, and to develop a forest fire prediction model for southwestern China. A co-authored paper published in 2026 analysed elevation-dependent differences in snowmelt contributions in the central Tibetan Plateau.
